 I enjoy the challenge of creating delicious menus to suit each client's requirements, whatever they may be.

My choice when comes about favorite ingredients depends on my clients' tastes ranging from fresh meat seasoned with sweet oregano or basil to sweet and spicy curry with cardamom.

Nothing seems to be hard or impossible when you put all the passion in dedicating your time and creativity to please the most finest taste.

PRIVATE BUSINESS DINNER

I was invited to prepare an original menu combining mediterranean and japanese styles for a magnifique taste.

​

The texture of the main cause was rafinated and blended so nicely with the fine Italian wine that was served at the dinner.

​

Dessert only to fullfill the evening taste.

Chef Eugen was punctual and polite. He was very unobtrusive but happy to answer any questions we had. Most importantly, his food was exceptional. Every course was wonderful. We had one of the £90 taster menus and everybody (there were nine of us) was seriously impressed. The preparations prior to the day with Eugen were professional and he was very accommodating to my requests, even when my wife (for whom the even was organised as a surprise) informed me that she had recently developed an allergy. Eugen left the kitchen spotless. I would recommend Eugen to anybody.
