Terms and Conditions :
My Services can be carried out at home or within a business, for individual or collective, private or professional, named Service Users. Through the website www.chefeugene.co.uk, the Company and myself offers Users a range of Services, which can be booked, discussed by phone or email and paid by bank transfers. After the date will be settled and an agreement will be closed between the parts, a deposit of 70% of the price is requested for the Services booked. The deposit need to be received in 24h from the date of the agreed settlement, contract and will be made on a dedicated account. The rest of the 30% will need to be deposited 24h before the scheduled date of the Services.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellation fee may apply- 90% of the deposit will be returned if the User cancels the Service within 14 days before the scheduled date of the Service (10% deducted as cancellation fee), 50% if the User cancels the Service one week before the scheduled date of the Service and 0% if the User cancels in the week before the scheduled date of the Service.
